    Hello everyone! For those of you who would like to use ghee, you can make it yourself.

    Take several pounds of butter and melt in large pan at low boil. Keep stirring so it won't burn. White milk solids will start to form on the top.

    After a few minutes, the surface of the butter will clear. Keep stirring and let boil a few minutes more. Remove from heat and let cool.

    Pour clear yellow liquid into jars without the lids, and let them cool completely. Put on lids and keep, unrefrigerated, in a cool, dark, place. Discard the milk solids that remain.

    The hormones and pesticides are in the milk solids that you throw away. Isn't that great!!!

    I've been making my own ghee for over a year. It is very simple.
