  • 1 cup Oatmeal , hot, cooked

  • 1 qt Water

  • (or thin Soymilk)
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: N
  • Pinch Salt
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • Sweetener , to taste
  • A: U AB: U B: U O: U
  • 1 tsp Vanilla (opt)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: A

    Put all in blender. Mix to liquefy. Strain. Store in refrigerator. Keeps for several days. Shake well before serving.
