  • 1 1/4 c Soy Milk
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1/3 c Sugar
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 4 Egg Yolk (Chicken)
  • A: N AB: N B: HB O: A
  • 1/2 c Yogurt
  • A: N AB: HB B: HB O: N

    Warm the soy milk. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until thick. Beat in the warmed soy milk. Either carry on beating over low heat or microwave until thick and the custard coats the spoon.

    Cool thoroughly (putting a bit of wax paper over the custard will help stop a skin from forming.) Stir in the yoghurt and blend well. The yoghurt takes that soy milk taste away and you get a proper custard taste.

    Use on any type fruit or cake or just guzzle it from the pot.
