  • 2 tbsp Powdered Soy Milk

  • 1/4 cup Gluten Flour
  • A: N AB: N B: A O: A
  • 2 tsp Turbinado Sugar
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 2 tbsp Canola Oil
  • A: N AB: N B: A O: N
  • 1-1/2 cup warm water
  • A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: HB
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed (opt)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1 tbsp onion chips , dried
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • A: HB AB: HB B: N O: HB
  • 1 tsp powdered mustard
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N

    I just put everything into my Bread Machine and turn it on!! It is set for white bread. I have a Dak Machine that makes 1-1/2 pound loaves.

    For added interest, I may add one or more of the spices.

    Anyway, have fun with this one--it really makes wonderful bread for the toaster, sandwiches or just plain eating.
