  • 1 cup okara

  • 1/2 cup flour , your choice
  • A: U AB: U B: U O: U
  • 2 Egg White (Chicken) , lightly beaten
  • A: N AB: HB B: HB O: N
  • 1/4 cup Onion , minced
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1/4 cup Carrot , grated
  • A: HB AB: N B: HB O: N
  • 1 clove Garlic , minced or crushed
  • A: HB AB: HB B: N O: HB
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • A: HB AB: U B: N O: N
  • 1/4 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • A: N AB: HB B: HB O: HB
  • (or Mustard, dry)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • Oil
  • A: U AB: U B: U O: U

    Combine all ingredients and form into 4-5 patties. Lightly oil a skillet or griddle and cook the patties. The recipe says they can also be broiled or deep-fried.

    We have also tried them with mustard (dry) in place of the curry powder, but we like the curry powder best.
