  • 4 T Olive Oil
  • A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: HB
  • 2 T Tamari wheat-free
  • A: HB AB: N B: U O: N
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • A: HB AB: HB B: N O: N
  • lots of Garlic pressed
  • A: HB AB: HB B: N O: HB

    I just whisk it all together in the bottom of the salad bowl and add romaine lettuce and a few shavings of carrot.

    Sometimes I add ginger to the dressing and sometimes sheep feta to the salad. Our favorite with BBQ salmon, a complete and beneficial meal.
