Then cut up some tofu to add to the salad. If you don't like Tofu, then get the very soft kind, and cut it up into tiny pieces, and it will be unnoticeable.
Then add some fruit - whatever you are allowed, including the juice to help make the dressing. I add a whole orange, cut up, because I am only allowed citrus. But you might add plums, peaches, apples, or whatever.
Add something juicy so you get the juice. As the juice mixes with the Tofu. you might find you don't need any other dressing.
And...you can also add turkey or chicken or fish, cut up into small pieces, to make this a whole meal.
