CHOCOLATE TOFU PUDDING A: OK AB: OK B: A O: OK

  • 1 10 oz Tofu Silken
    		• A: HB AB: HB B: A O: N
  • 6 oz Chocolate Chips grain-sweetened, or to taste,
    		• A: U AB: U B: U O: U
  • 2 t Vanilla (opt)
    		• A: N AB: N B: N O: A
  • pinch Salt or to taste
    		• A: N AB: N B: N O: N
    Stir tofu and chocolate chips in top of double boiler until chocolate is melted. Remove to food processor or blender and whip till smooth, adding salt and vanilla.

    Pour into bowl and chill until set.
