  • 2 1/2 c Oatmeal

  • 3/4 c Oat Flour
  • A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: N
  • 1/2 c Almonds sliced
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: NB
  • (or 1/2 c Walnuts (English) chopped)
  • A: N AB: HB B: N O: HB
  • 1/2 c Pumpkin Seeds
  • A: HB AB: A B: A O: HB
  • (or 1/2 c Peanuts)
  • A: HB AB: HB B: A O: A
  • 1/4 c Honey
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1/4 c Oil
  • A: U AB: U B: U O: U
  • 1 1/2 t Cinnamon (opt)
  • A: N AB: N B: A O: A
  • 1 t Vanilla (opt)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: A
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1/2 c Raisins
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1/2 c Cranberries dried
  • A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: N
  • (or 1/2 c Blueberries) dried
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: NB

    Mix together dry ingredients..

    Mix together honey, oil, cinnamon, vanilla and salt and pour over dry ingredients.

    Bake in 350 oven for 25-30 minutes stirring a couple of times.

    Stir in raisins and dried berries.

    Let cool before covering. Enjoy!
