  • 1 c Buckwheat flour

  • 1 c Pumpkin

  • 3 oz. Tofu
  • A: HB AB: HB B: A O: O
  • 1 T Oil
  • A: U AB: U B: U O: U
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • A: O AB: N B: N O: O
  • (or Eggbeaters)
  • A: U AB: U B: U O: U
  • 1/2 t Baking Soda
  • A: U AB: U B: U O: U
  • 1/2 t Baking Powder
  • A: U AB: U B: U O: U
  • 1-2 T Brown Rice Syrup
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1 t Cinnamon opt,
  • A: N AB: N B: A O: A
  • 1/2 t Ginger
  • A: HB AB: N B: HB O: N
  • 2 T Flax Seed
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: HB

    Mix dry ingredients, then add the rest of the ingredients, process or blend. Add water or juice as needed (apple juice would be good). Cook and top with maple syrup. Very good, and very beneficial.
